The IronWear Vest is the world's best fitting weighted conditioning vest. The Iron Wear vest is adjustable from 2-10 lbs via 18 individual ½ pound FLex-Metal rubber weights (vest with no weights weighs 1 lb).
The FlexMetal weights fit into stretch pockets on the inside of the vest which holds the weights securely in all directions. Flex Metal weights mold to the contours of the users body to achieve this outstanding fit. The outer shell is tough, nylon material that's abrasion resistance.
